Only got paypal, what options do I have to use paypal money for a donation?

I wanted to donate so I can skip the goddamn 1 hour queue times, however warmne doesn't accept paypal, isn't there a service where I can send money through paypal and pay through there?

Check what other payment methods you have in donation window. There are prepaid cards like Paysafecard and Mint. If you have those options available you might be able to buy them at local stores and probably online.
