WotLK Interface addons?

Can anyone point me towards a good interface addon like "fubar"back in the day?

Ive looked at LUI and Tukui and i cant seem to know how to install them so if anyone could get me the correct version and maybe a tutorial

I am open to any kind of interface i just want a neat and clean one

Any suggestions?

TukUI

This is an ElvUI which is a modified version of TukUI. This one is designed in MoP API, however, it has been modified and backported to be used for WotLK client.

For Lui, you have to replace the ENTIRE interface directory in world of warcraft.

For ElvUI, you just need to put in files into Addon folder as you would do for other addons.
