You can easily rebuild it with some basic AddOns.

UnitFrames:
ShadowedUF or PitBull

RaidFrame:
my Grid2 downport

MiniMap:
SexyMap

Chat:
keep them default with modified background color or use kgPanels to place a frame behind them

ThreatMeter & Damage:
Omen + Recount or simply Skada

Buffs/Debuffs:
SatrinaBuffFrame

BuffBars:
my WeakAuras downport

Broker-Displays (e.g. top left: fps + ping):
Bazooka + LDB-plugins (e.g. BrokerEverything)
