Can someone help me??? I try to start my MoP and it says it can't make changes to the system. Then i run it as an admin and it says the same thing. What do I need to do???

1) Right-click on the file.
2) Select "Properties" from the displayed menu.
3) At the bottom of the new panel, there is a box named "Read-only". Make sure it is NOT checked!

Yup, folder was read-only. Found it in another post!
