WotLK Really weird bug

Okay so i did the Son of hodir quest. After that long a$$ quest chain.. I end up with this.. I can't click on them can't do any quest nor see their actual names except "son of hodir"

as per my reputation status im exulted for son of hodir..

So the weird part comes in.. A friend of mine came in game and i asked him about bug with the quest and he said he can see them just fine. So he decided to come to dun neff to help me "find" the quartermaster only to find out we can't even see each other we can't buff our auras does not show up even if we were in a party.
hmm

I suggest if you want to recreate this issue find someone who can see the son of hodir and those who are "stuck" in limbo... It's like we are stuck in disguise form but does not really show in status..

you did not complete the quest chain, you can not see him because he is on a different "phase".

At which quest did you arrive of that list? Which one is the last you did? Killed 5 giants?

yes i believe killed 5 giants would have been the last

yes, while killing those 5 npc you shoudl have dropped from them an item called " Slag Covered Metal " which start a new quest.

The Son of hodir chain quest continue from that one. As I said check the link I provided before you are at "Mending Fences". you need to do "The Refiner's Fire" which start from that dropped item I said before.
