I make a post and 1 week later it has 3 views... for a server with 25 000 players, that's really weird. I read somewhere that a year ago this place was vivid, but that now the forums are dead. Why?

a lot of players never touch the forums unless they have an issue. although it does seem to be less active lately. maybe they banned all the whiners XD

I do not think they are less activity, actually there is a lot of activity. Obviously, do not expect anywhere close to in-game!
However, you cannot count the activity by the amount of views a specific thread gets, there are many on the support section which most people do not care about because they are always the same issues. When people do[1][2][3] care about, they already get their appropriate attention. There are thousands of players coming into the forum every day.

Open the Lol website on a topic differing from the weekly rotation / sales, which is more important for the community like Doom Bots - and notice the number of upvotes of the top comment, now mind the playerbase (dont remember the number of milions) :d
P.s., one of the records - Lyte about the Leaver Buster, -800 when i checked it, still not censored... didn't read the whole, but can guess the size of the comments discussion...

One more thing I did not pay attention to until you mentioned the amount of views. It looks like all recent threads always have views = replies + 1.
Views can't be working as they should, as this would be too much coincidence and also their rates of views / replies are too low to be true. I passed it to the Web developer Edifice so that he can have a look at it.
