Two Factor Authentication sometimes bugged

I Just want to say that sometimes when i log on my account is asking for Two Factor Authentication code and i get it on email, but sometimes just log in without asking for the code..

I guess somene else have this thing noticed too and hope will be fixed

If I remember correctly, if you login from the same IP again it won't ask for a new code.
