I was away for 7 days, i login today and find out that there are crap gears in point shop.
170 vote points totally wasted. Can you understand how bad it feels ?
Now due to anger, used few points on crap gears.
You should atleast add those mounts which you once had in old point shop.
I am here since molten, and i feel this is unfair. This decision was taken in a hurry without notification.

I am voting since first day. Almost 6 months worth vote points are totally wasted now.
Like the time once you gave 1 and half year ago, 1 month to totally use up your points. You should have done the same.
I know you wont return the point shop now, and my points are all waste now. No mounts in point shop like they used to, No ulduar recipes in the point shop.
I guess, no one is paying attention and no GM will reply to me.

Dude seriously? You had 170 points saved. There is no reason you couldn't have bought something before the change. to have 170 vote points you had enough for multiple high end items a long time ago.

Blame yourself for hording the points and not spending them. Plus after the change was made they even extended it a bit to allow people to spend them.

The staff cannot just changed things to suit your needs because YOU decided to not spend them when you had enough already for high end items well before this happened. They also are not going to stop time or make major changes because you decided not to log on for a week.

Now don't get me wrong, i do kind of feel for you losing the abiliy to buy the higher end gear with all those juicy points, but it really is your fault for not spending some sooner. Nothing on there cost that much to justify hording them.

Plus it's not like it was coins you donate money for, you log on and click a button for free points.

But dont you think this was too sudden ? Come on, i have seen many changes on molten, this 3 day period was way too short.
And i was saving points, and wanted to use on single character.
Well nothing can be done now, they do what they want to do.
But still i remember, how after molten down, staff and players were co-operating with each other, with better communication.
I didnt see anything like that this time.

And people sometimes can have problems in real life too. So if someone like me can miss announcements, and 3 days period.

Well I don't understand where were these changes announced? It doesn't say anything about ICC 25 normal items being removed from point shop can someone help?

It was a way for non donors to get 1 or 2 good items and they dediced to remove it just because.

Either those PUGs will have to lower the requirements, because there won't be enough people with that, or all the people that don't fit such requirements can band together in their own PUGs, just without expectations of being carried.

I just did a PUG 10 normal. The average "gearscore" in the group was 5.2k. It was a bunch of people in 2 guilds. I was one of the randoms. The tanks were both in ToC and Naxx gear. Missing enchants. Etc. I don't see the issue.

that was some alt of alt gear up run, and that is for sure because of dynamic raids, before that it was for main runs leader is 5k and rest must be 5.5k full gem and ench gear.

Nope, they were lesser experienced players who are working on progression to get a LK 10n kill for their guild.
That's besides the point. I didn't even have to try hard to find a raid like that. They aren't rare. If you have problems with the way people handle those things, it's probably a good idea to start your own raid. The staff can't handle all of the problems the community creates for itself.
