"Since the beginning of time ('World of Warcraft') the practice of dueling in both of factions thrived everlastingly. To defend the honor and maintain the pride, players, across the realms, practiced tirelessly to improve their skills for future wars to come where they would face their sworn enemies, >The [Faction name here]<"

Suggestion: Implementation of 'dueling zone perks' in both factions, as seen on former Arena Tournament 'AT' server.
Clarification: The benefits of an entire class 'cooldowns' restoration (reset) upon the beginning of a duel.
Dueling zone 'Alliance' : The area outside of 'Stormwind' main entrance - 'Elwynn Forest'.
Dueling zone 'Horde' : The area outside of 'Orgrimmar' main entrance - 'Durotar'.
Both of the mentioned 'dueling zones' are standardized and used by players in PvP for practicing purposes.
My sincere thought is that through the implementation of the above suggested, the realm population and activity of players themselves will receive a significant 'boost', thus making it both diverse and prosperous, even so, exciting experience.
In my opinion it shouldn't be just in the dueling zones, but in duels in general. I've seen it on other places and it's not just cooldowns reset, but heal up as well.

Exactly to the point. An excellent addition to the subject, which I forgot to mention is 'heal up to 100% of HP (Health Point)' after each duel's ending.

Now, about this matter, even though it sounds nice and is a relief from restriction to one specific area of zone on each faction side, I'm afraid it would come as costly one, as it is open to a sort of exploit in which one player would gain an advantage over the other in a specific situation such as is open-world PvP (Player versus Player) combat, where it would be used in an unjust manner, therefore, gaining a quick reset of HP and cooldowns.
It would be easyer by far to just fix wargames wich have all the features of a normal arena battle but without the risk of losing rating and you can challange anyone you wish.
Basically the same thing in essence (which has been denied before - up to yesterday - plus custom content from AT we're usually not interested in having), and denied the same way.
