Seeking help with staff

Probably not the right place to post this, but I'm curious if there is a discord or some way to get help quickly. I have a ticket in game currently because I fell through the earth and can't rez. Auto unstuck is not working to tp me back to the spirit healer. I tried going to another GY and there is no spirit rezzer there. So i have to possibly just afk dead for x hours until a gm answers.

Sending a private message on the forum to a moderator, such as myself, is usually the fastest way to get help. Anyway, you should use the unstuck feature on the website to fix your issue. Check here: https://www.warmane.com/account/services
If it doesn't help, you'll either need to be patient waiting on your ticket, or you'll need to give me your character name and realm.

Ah i was unaware of those features, Ill check and see if it works, thanks for the response. I'm new to the forums how does one send a private message?

From there, you can view the staff member's profiles, and there should be a "Private Message" link on the profile, at the top left.
