Can't move frames in WOTLK?

Hi, i've just started my character on this realm and i've never played any expansion before Cataclysm. I noticed that there is no way to unlock player and target frames and move them from the upper left corner of the screen? I usually play with them near my action bars, is there any way to accomplish this? An addon perhaps?

There's an addon called Move Anything that allows you to move pretty much everything from the default UI.

There are many addons to personalize your UI, just make sure to get one compatible with wotlk 3.3.5a. I personally use x-perl for the frames and Dominos for my bars
