MOP stuck at connecting

Hello, as said in title i am stuck at connecting when i try to login. The thing is, everything worked perfectly fine 2 days ago and now i have this problem. Ofc, i wouldnt be posting here if i havent already tried everything and read all posts related to this problem(i read every related topic to this problem on this forum and tried every suggested thing but i cant connect, and i also know that u had same problem with iranian or persian players who had the same issue and u said that problem is not on your side, but that was like 6 months ago and i dont know how did that situation end, did they somehow connect or did they just stopped playing?). Before i forget, in cmd i cant ping logon.warmane.com (request timed out followed by 100% packet loss), i mean, is it possible that the country i am from(Austria), or my ISP is somehow blocking my connection towards your server ?

Try disabling your firewall/anti-virus and check if you can login.

First i added exception to firewall and antivirus, when that didnt work i disabled firewall and deleted antivirus completely. The only thing i really want to know and hope to get is answer from staff if they had reports from ppl from Austria or know about some weird new censorship, because as far as i can tell from other posts/threads it isnt their fault and cant do anything about it since it isnt caused by them. And also, just to remove any future confusion, i did realmlist thing, firewall/antivirus, dns flush, cache/wtf folder cleanup, reseted router ( even tho my internet connection is stable and i have low ping). The only thing i didnt do, but i am pretty sure is now only solution is using proxy or vpn, but i dont know if that is legal here so i will wait if someone can confirm that before i resolve to that last option :)
