Let's face it, 10 coins for 1 scroll is kinda too high. Im not against them being in the shop at all but a convenient package like 10 scrolls for something less than 100 coins would be better.

The purpose of scrolls being in the shop is for those lazy players who dont like to farm for them. since the drop rate is pretty low, the price is pretty high.
The purpose of transmog overall is to work for them and give those afkers something to do, they didnt implement it for people to stay lazy and just buy them for few coins in shop.
In my opinion, there shouldnt be any scrolls sold with coins so you would have to farm them.

Assuming drop rates were somewhat decent I could agree with you, but the whole question here is not to make them economic, it's just to make them somewhat more affordable assuming someone wants to buy them for whatever reason.

Let's face it 10 coins for 1 scroll being high or not is entirely subjective and only and ***** would waste time arguing about such things.
If you want to get more transmog scrolls for less coins I would suggest you start your own server and set your own prices.
