Technical Faction Change

Hey! So I was about to migrate my Shaman from horde to alliance on Icecrown. I selected it from the tab and chose faction change. When I clicked the tab and complete faction change, it displayed that it had started the faction change on my Mage from Alliance to horde. If I haven't completed the change ingame yet. Only on the website. Is it reversable if it hasn't been completed in game yet? Or am I just f...ed?
