Scamer Stealed my acc

One day that guy came, we want to change our accs, that little motherf*cke* changed email on his acc twice, and when i want to change email, it says you must wait 7 days to change email, now that ****er get the acc back and mine acc is stealed by him... Sorry for my bad english and thanks for help.
