Cataclysm stuck on citadel

Helo guys !
I used hearth stone and it bring me back to the citadel and this portal from 2nd floor dont work (im lvl 63) . Also one q is bugged i can't pass it help please

You are talking about a DK bug. You are lucky someone answers this cause you missed to describe it properly.

To get out of the Bug that imprisons you in the citadel you have to find a npc there that can attack and kill you so you eventually respawn as ghost down in the szenario and revive there. Be shure not to kill the npc by mistake cause its very weak. Best turn you back to it and then aggro it to start attacking you. Also it may not be there the first time you look for it so if its not there give it some time and try to find it again later.
