Donate and skipping Q

Hello folks! So I have a question about the skipping queue feature that comes when donating. Is it a one payment/permament skipping like it was on Molten or do you have to pay more each month? Sorry if this has been discussed already couldnt find the info. Cya and thx!

You only have to donate once and you can skip the queue on all realms except Lordaeron. Lordaeron has it's own system
