WotLK No Cache of Ley-Guardia Eregos

After completing quest chain http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Quest:A_Wing_and_a_Prayer -
there no more http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Cache_of_the_Ley-Guardian in standart chest after boss defeating.

Please revert this quest chain for me, or advise how to get Cache again.

"only if the player was selected to complete the dungeon randomly"In other words,you'll only get the cache if it was random heroic que,not a chosen dungeon.Though the satchel is not dropping eot-s sadly,only rare quality gems.
