The option create ticket is broken , can't report anything, because is not avaliable ban appeal.

If you're referring to the website tickets (which is where the ban appeals are), then if you're not appealing for a ban, those tickets should only be used for donation-related issues. Which is why those tickets are only available to premium+ accounts. If you need to contact a GM, make a ticket in-game.
