i have a simple question.
If i buy the ashen verdict ring from the store, will i get the reputation as well in order to equip it ? Or will i just be stuck with a ring i can't equip ?

no, you will NOT get the reputation but to be honest I do not know if you need the rep only to buy it or even to equip it.

Anyway it is a waste of coins using them for Ashen ring, buy something else.
