    I dont know where to drop this... But i wait for like 3 hours and still get no anwser... " Your ticked will be answer soon" for 2 hours.. I hate it...

    You are not the only one having a ticket open. More often than not, there are hundreds of tickets open by players, and dealing with every single one of them can take some time. Be patient and wait like everyone else.
