Add character transfers from other servers with same blizzlike xp speed?

It would be cool, since I played on another server and it's quite painful to level and gear up all again. And I like it here. I wouldn't mind losing achievements and stuff, only thing important is for gear and level to be transfered. With maybe a proof of me or anyone after getting the request approved deleting that transfered character on another server? So It would be like a confirmation you'd stay here on Warmane? Any thoughts?
