Best Shammy Race for Ele/Resto?

Depends if u wanna do pvp or pve.
For pve definitely troll because of the mini bl.
For pvp troll for ele and tauren for resto. Orc is also not bad for the stun reduction.

Orcs are best all around. Best looks in shaman gear, pretty nice casting/attacking animations, Blood Fury is also quite decent, bonus SP/AP on a 2 min cooldown and if you decide to try enhancement that's where Blood Fury will become even better, Axe Specialization(+5 or +3 expertise if i'm not mistaken with axes and fist weapons) and slight pet bonus to benefit Spirit Wolves. I'd take that any day over taurens increased health and casted stun or troll's 10s haste on 3 min cooldown.

Isn't Spirit Wolves Enhc? And Axes...not too much MP5/Spirit/Int/etc on them typically. It sounds like you gave me the best for ENHANCEMENT, when I was looking for the other 2 specs :P

Ok, I did miss that.
Regardless though, I'm not interested in Enhancement. I'm rolling Ele and Resto, mostly pve and casual pvp.

Then make a troll. Has the best racial for pve.

Note that Orcs are near worthless for Resto PVE because the racial only increases your spell damage, not your spell healing. Somehow this isn't more commonly known.
