WotLK spells Not working after first level up

Pre-level 2 my friend had no problems, upon hitting level 2 suddenly attacks/spells were not registering, the action bar seemed to act as if things were being hit, but nothing worked, clicking or keys. she checked key binds, restarted game/computer/deleted cache/wtf files(and restarted client) any ideas? shes trying a fresh install right now : \
