Few days ago (on the 6th of December) I was celebrating with friends and received an email that my account's email address has been changed. Sadly it was not me who changed the email address and it appears that my account was stolen. WHY IS THIS IN THE FORUM ? - well as you can see, when my email address got changed I had nothing to do about it, responding to the email was not a thing so I had to register a new account which I couldn't do earlier. Now that I have an account I tried to submit a ticket - which requires a category and there is just a single category in the list - Ban Appeal - however I could not post a ticket because I had to select "ban" to appeal and had no bans on this new accounts. Seriously guys, you should work on this. It is way too complicated...
