Can you get banned for win trading when you have played only 1 arena match ever

For some reason my premium account has been banned for 2 months for win trading although I have played only 1 arena match ever since I started playing WOW (3 months) and that too 20 days back. Win trading I think is when you boost each others arena ratings while loosing purposely and successively.
The only arena match I every played was a 5v5 made off global which ended in 10 seconds. I have bought 40 coins on this server in the last 2 months which might not be a lot but it has definitely discouraged me and made me a bit sceptical for buying any more coins here. plus I don't think my account even if unbanned will be unbanned any time soon since I don't know what the duration for getting replies on a ticket is... be careful out there and if some one knows what I can do apart from the ticket pls help me.
