mop client acting weird

i played on other wow private severs (even some warmane) and there client have not does this i tried it with the minimal client and a 14% download full one. every time i start ether of them up i have to redo the licensing agreement and put my user name back in., and with i logout or hit exit game i get an error and it crashes. other then that it seem to work fine. so if you can please help

Short answer: Make sure INTERFACE, WTF, CACHE folder is NOT read only
