Hi, I have two linked accounts.
Before I spend currency on boa's, I was wondering if I can mail them to toons on my 2nd account.

Can I move boa's to 2nd linked account?

It appears I cannot. I have two linked accounts, and got an error when I tried to mail from one to another.
I wonder what the "linked" account actually means/does?

It does exactly what it says on merge page.
If you had more than 10 characters after Deathwing and Ragnaros merged you can transfer the remaining ones to another account. That's all.Players are now able to link an account and transfer any remaining characters above the 10 character limit to a fresh account.
