So apparently today my account got suspended due to racism. I didn't receive any explanation or even proof of me being racist, just straight up banned for 4 days. How am I supposed to improve in the future if I don't even know what I did wrong? Would be great if someone from staff told me EXACLY what I got banned for.

In case you don't know what exactly can result in such ban:
It's unlikely that you were falsely accused. To report you there must be some kind of proofs - screenshots or video. But they won't show you those and probably won't tell you what you said to protect identity of the person who reported you.Racism/Discriminatory Behavior: Avoid at all costs, insulting someone's country, culture, lifestyle or skincolor. Even if you are just "joking" it isn't allowed. Slangs such as the n-word aren't allowed either, even in Guild chat. Don't blame guildies for reporting you. It's wrong and you should know that.
