Pandaria World Explorer Achievement.

After last update from yesterday, exploration achievements are available once again BUT you can not get world explorer and the title.
I explored everything and only Razorfen Kraul at Southern Barrens left. When you go there you wont explore it no matter what you'll do. Thats why you will lose your time and -100 achievement points. Seems like they bugged that spot again.

Someone know any workaround to explore this spot?
