How come i got banned?

My account got suspended because of advertising? of what? i don't remember advertising something. and this is my first time again opening this account for over a year. my god please enlighten me. XD and I see in my acc. history that i open this account, 101 days in Ukraine? woah! Im from Philippines, how come it got open in Ukraine? am I being hacked?
