What class should I pick for wotlk?

Does it matter which class I pick , I mean finding raids and those stuff....
I've been think of going rogue or druid.
Which one do you think is better?

Its always better to go with a class that can tank and heal, because its always easier to find groups with those, but dps is good as well.

From your picks I'd say go druid, as druid can be everything so you can switch later on to what's needed the most.

Take Paladin. Ultra Class from Vanila.
Can heal/tank/dps, equip any armor and most of the weapons.
Easiest rotations from all tank/dps/heal classes.
+Gives Buffs and Auras.

Never think about overpopulatio and similar crap.
Play the class you WANT, play the class you LIKE.
If you want to play that class and you really enjoy it, you will be expirienced player, there are always spots for expirienced players regardless of overpopulation.
Million ret paladins over there, but only few change pony aura in the instance and buff without their asses beind kicked by RL.

Rogue and druid are two absolutely different classes, you should specify what do you want, pve, pvp, and wich spec of druid exactly.

But seriously, anything is viable, go with whatever you find FUN! Don't decide based on anything else.

PvE Druid for easy raid groups
PvP Selfish Rogue RLZ Vanish/ Blind / Sprint ..... Stealth(wait and do last hits ;])

if that helps improve the needed of the server, even better! for example; for me; i just like to be 1 things: either a priest healer or a paladin tank, so at the same time its also something the realm might need ( don´t know, didn't even logged in yet :P )
