Character marketplace bugged atm?

Hello, is the character marketplace not updating for anyone else? I haven't seen a new character on there in over 2 hours, and i'm trying to buy a character from my friend, but his character on the system has been saying "Setting up" for 2 hours also, any help would be appreciated.

This has happened before.
Usually it takes a entire day for them to notice and fix it.
I myself made a ticket about this exact same issue which happened 2 months ago & after 2-3 days they read it and saw what i was saying was true and it was fixed and i got a "thank-you".

So basically it'll be fixed when they notice.
