Tried pming mods, but the download link for WotLK for windows tehcnically works, but the torrent file has no size so I'm stuck with a 0bytes torrent and cannot do anything to play the server.

From what I can guess, it's an error on the server side (wherever the file(s) is hosted, all of my torrents are uploading fine, and I can snag and swiftly download what I like from sites still. Just not this particular download.

It's not hosted anywhere. Those torrents don't have any trackers associated with them. Your torrent client must have DHT enabled for it to work.
