Hi Guys, can i buy Shadowmourne to a fresh lvl 80 Char ? Or do i have to get the Tier below that ingame first?
Playing on Icecrown.

I remember there was such a Rule on Lordaeron-

No requirements what's so ever for any item in Icecrown store, you can buy it on a fresh 80. only dk,war and pala can use it though.
