Noob buff/spells question

This is my first post at the forum so please be merciful.

So i am pretty noob at wow and i noticed that every time i get killed by a horde/alliance player, that is 10 levels below me most of the time, there is a big difference in bonuses/active effect/spells/buffs (whatever they are called) in the opponent and me. like i only have battle shout and maybe well fed bonus and maybe-maybe even a scroll, whilst the other player has like 8 active effects.

idk if this has to do with class or something, but in most cases when in PvP i notice this difference. It may also just be me sucking at PvP which is most likely the case plus my build isn't really PvP orientated <(is my excuse for sucking), but i still get destroyed in contested territory by other players when questing.

I think you encountered "twinks"
those are players who chose stay lower level and maximizing their respective BiS gears

my guess is...
you met lvl 70 twinks guild/party, fully PvP gear, with complete party (attackers & healers)
and specialized to pawn levelling toons (and lower gear level 80)

I met several of those in Hellfire
