I am an honest player, I always have been. I attempted to purchase gold using coins yesterday and was met with a technical difficulty error so I refreshed and tried again. After 10 minutes I had friends try and they too got the same error. My support ticket was as follows:

I attempted to purchase gold using my account coins and was getting the experiencing technical difficulty err. I would refresh and try to buy again only to be told the sale no longer existed. After trying this for about 10 minutes I got a friend to try on his account. He too got the same error. When I logged in to play I had numerous mails from CS stating I bought gold. I now have max gold on my characters but none of my account coins got used.
Im an honest player and would appreciate if this could be corrected. My original purchase was 20 coins for 80000 gold which I did twice. Im sure the people selling this gold would like to have the coins I intended to spend.

I openly asked to have this corrected so people could get the coins they deserved. Why have I been banned? There are no replies to my ticket and now im stuck appealing. Not the greatest of ways to treat someone who has donated.
Id appreciate a quick remedy to this as im sure the people whose gold was lost due to a server side error would like.
Ban appeal tickets have lowest priority so it might take a little longer to get a reply, so you should just be patient and wait, as no one here on the forum can help you with this kind of issue.
That's fine. I'm giving it till tonight and then I'm recovering the money spent on donating right before this happened. Hopefully it's remedied by then.
