Like title say, implement 1 server restart at server peek time, to kick players that save spots, afk in game, and on log on screen

To be afk or in login screen is against some rules? Or do you think some other guy deserves my spot because I'm afk?

This was implemented already once, but after hacking the server they didn't put it back. I am asking to implement it again.
Why would "some other" guy wait to play on server, when you are not, and afking on realm.

As I recall that was NEVER implemented. Tho I do agree that anti-AFK mechanism would be nice, I sometimes leave my chars for hours and they are just logged out to character screen. Just donate and save yourself the trouble, because your suggestion sucks. Do you have any idea how many raids would just RO because server restart would happen mid-raid?

It was implemented, and restart happend before 17:00 pm server time, before raids start. They even did it at same time, so raids can prepare for it.
It isn't stupid suggestion, cause when server breaks and restart at peek, time, there is around 3k free spots, 3k afk people kicked out.
If donation isn't a problem, i wouldn't write something like this.
And i don't want to turn this in personal fight. THis is suggestion page, i can write here what ever i want. Staff will decide if this is stupid suggestion or not.

I never noticed a fixed restart time, at least not on Ragnaros which used to be the highest populated realm.
Why would Warmane implement that anyway? Donators can already skip the queue and ppl that aren't willing to spent only 10 euro for a lifetime premium account don't really deserve to skip the queue.
Either donate or play on a different realm beside Icecrown.
Icecrown is anyway overpopulated and the queue increases the incentive for non donors to switch to Lordaeron which needs badly more players.

There was something like that years ago for a short period of time but I think it was because of some realm stability and performance problems at high uptime not because of queue. And I don't remember if it really was during day.
The real problem is that players don't get disconnected from character selection screen. I left some non-premium accounts on character selection screen a few times. I saw them getting disconnected only once after like 5 hours. As far as I know it should be 30 minutes to log out character and 30 more minutes to disconnect from character selection screen. If that's implemented it should solve the problem. Server restart is not a good solution.

If the donation isn't a problem, do you think i would make this kind of thred. Yes it is "only" 10 euros, but when someone cant donate, he simple can't.

It was done to enhance server stability. Not because of the reasons you mention. As the server is stable, there is no need for it.
If the queue is a problem, then I highly suggest either donating the minimum amount, or try playing on Lordaeron.
