1. Have a problem with donor points.

    I write again to solve my problem with my donor points. When there was the problem with Molten and reset the server, I lost all my points. I tried to contact the GM's to be re-assigned, but I never got a response. For this reason I stopped playing on the server. Again I'm playing and I really need my donor points back. Since since I am from Venezuela and because of political problems they stopped allocating dollars to the Venezuelans, I can't donate again.

    I have payment receipts for all transactions made to Molten through Google Wallet as proof that I actually made the donations and I'm not ripping off the server. I leave the print screen of them. If they need something more to be able to verify that it was, they only have to inform me and I gladly give them to them.

  2. Guess you should have spent your coins when they gave them all back to us instead of waiting until they expired. That is your problem, not theirs.

  3. That's the detail, I did not return my coins after resetting ... I notified but I never got an answer, I do not think it's just my problem, since if you donate, and something happens where you have nothing to do, as happened and We lost all, and you lose your Acc and your donated money. The staff is responsible, because it was not that they hacked my account, or it was my fault etc.
