Any plans for a new WOTLK realm?

Hey, just wondering if the warmane staff has any plan in the future to open up a new WOTLK realm when ICC has been released on Lordaeron and Icecrown

Why would they open a third Wotlk realm when they dont have enough ppl to fill two wotlk realms?
First make Lordaeron more attractive (add rdf, heirlooms, etc).
When both realms have 12 k players and queue we can talk about a new realm.
