WotLK Quest: The Halls of Reflection

Hello,

I am trying to complete this quest, but unsuccessfully. After I kill the enemy in HoR, I can't loot anything from the ground. I can only see sparkles and I am unable to complete the quest. Other players can see the sword on the groud. I tried to do it in a party, solo, I tried abandon the quest multiple times, relog, exist the game and so on. Nothing helps.

Has someone similar problem or does someone know how to complete the quest? Thanks

Finally I have found a solution. Problem is, that I can't see the model of the sword correctly so I can' interact with it. The solution is to assign some keybind to the "Interact with target" function and after the Quel'Delar is dead, just /target Quel'Delar and press the keybind to loot the item.
