Is corpse tongue coin of any use in wotlk ? and especially inside icc with the -20% dodge debuff

The dodge is OK, but the real strength of the trinket is the proc. I personally like it for fights where I know I'm going to drop low and need the extra armor for mitigation after getting healed. It helps to keep you stable long enough for healers to react. The main reason it isn't super popular is because it's a reactive trinket, rather than a proactive trinket. It does have its uses nonetheless.

The trinket is pretty useless you're better off using any trinket with passive stam or armor, like eof trinket, unidentifiable organ, vote for heart of iron etc.
but if u have nothing else to use at all i guess it can be used then.
