Hello hacked please help.

Hello my account was hacked from an IP address that Im sure a GM can trace that isnt the usual Ip I log in with, they stole all my gold and took from my guildbank. This person should definitely relcieve form sort of restriction before other fall victim.

I'd love to be reimbursed but really just want this person put to justice as I am a leader of a guild with members I love dearly and wouldnt want to put our community in jeapordy.. Can someone please offer my some assitance.

And even now that ive added the authenticator it wont show up on the client so anyone can still just log in if they want, is it bugged?

the authenticator wont show up if you always log from the same IP. it only rechecks if your IP changes.
