Greetings.
As I had to move and wouldn't be able to play for months and months to come, I gave my account to a friend for safe keeping. Days gone by, weeks gone by, months gone by and now I'm back. Moved back to the city I used to live with more then enough time on my had for some relaxing World of Warcraft playtime. But imagine my surprise when I log in my account and find that both of my characters are missing. Tl;dr: for reasons unknown "I don't remember why" he deleted both of my characters.
Tried the service, support, points, character restoration but the list is empty. Which confuses me a bit since the character restoration list on another server, where I made toons with time played: 1h tops, are on the list available to be restored. Sadly, do no have the backup from that period of time since I thought I wouldn't need it today.
So my question is: Is it somehow possible for me tome somehow somewhere get my characters back or, well, is it not?

deleted characters can only be restored for 30 days after deletion. after that they're gone for good. if they aren't showing up in the list they're not able to be restored.

Then how come I have the option to restore my characters on the server Blackrock. Characters that were only level 1 and were deleted way before the ones on Icecrown (both levle 80) . That part I don't understand.

blackrock is an insta 80 realm, no idea how character restoration works there. but on icecrown it's 30 days after deletion.

To have a GM tell you "Sadly we cannot help you in this case." really makes your day. Well, rip months and months of teh time spent here.
