Ban appeal

So I have multiple accounts banned for the exact same thing, the problem is that you don't read my ban appeals, in which I ask if I need to make one or multiple ban appeals. This means that I have already been unbanned on 2 of 30 accounts and already wrote an email to [email protected] to which I didn't get an answer. My question is therefore if I need to make 28 remaining ban appeals with the exact same text, resulting in spam for you?
I mean like, I get why you don't read ban appeals but what should I do?

Just to avoid any confusion, moderators do not deal with support tickets and can not unban in game accounts, i was just forwarding the info i got from the support. I will forward the pm you sent me.
