Is it possible for a level 30 to get over 300 fishing skill?

Since I can only level up when playing with friends (so we can play the game as a group) so I ended up doing a ton of fishing. Because I'm low level, there doesn't seem to be a way to get over 300 fishing because I need to be level 50 something before I can get to the next trainer.

Is there anyway to get to the trainer? Warlock teleports perhaps?

Got ~400 Fishing skill atm on my lvl 19 Twink, u can skill up from 1-450 in Ogrimmar
Just ask a Mage for a Portal to Dalaran
