I was having some issue that the GM was not able to fix and posted about in in the Support Q/A thread asking people what they suggested that I do.
"A place for players to help players with a variety of doubts and issues with little to no intervention from Staff."
Staff member Zelta gave me a warning, even though I used the forum correctly, and they deleted my thread. This is VERY discouraging. A more professional response is would have been to reply to my thread asking me if I have checked up on the bug tracker. Regardless my issue is a staff created issue by a GM that misunderstood what my issue was. Further GM tickets didn't fix my issue. No foul on him, it happens. It's just BAD public relations to feel like you're being silenced. I honestly expect this thread to be deleted to. I know these guys work for free and some of them are younger and I can cut some slack for some things.
tl;dr lighten up, be more friendly/helpful to veteran members.
I believe that it is worth stating that we've brought the issue you've posted about to the attention of the Head GM. We will pursue the issue and see if we can get you the proper support you need - as we speak, Zelta is addressing the issue. In the future, if you wish to speak with the Head GM, you can send him a message here. If you have a concern regarding a specific moderator in the future, you may also send them a message, or speak to myself or Palutena about it.
