Banner on your back

I once saw horde orc in old molten with some title like Grand Champion and he was wearing a flag on his back. How to obtain that does anyone know?

This was an old bug where if you spoke to your argent squire/gruntling pet the banner would apply to you, instead of the pet. This has since been resolved, though. :p
