For the time that I've been on the WOTLK server Icecrown, the peak ms i've reached is 200. Now, for the past week or so, out of the blue, I'm getting over 6000 MS. I've tried restarting my internet, my computer, etc, and nothing seems to work! I've talked to others in game and it seems I'm not the only one who's been having this lag. It's starting to get to the point where if I'm in a raid, it'll take over a minute for the ability i've pressed to even register and go off. Its seriously affecting my gameplay and I'm desperate to get it fixed. If someone could help me, it'd be much appreciated.

You're lucky that you weren't here when WotLK was still new.. 5 minute lag (sometimes up to 15 minutes, without a disconnect even!)..
I do believe they are trying to fix the problem though... affects me too (in BGs); is a reall killer :/

Is your ISP AT&T in the United States? If so, that's your problem- there's been a bad connection between it and OVH for almost a week now. They are having the same problem on other private servers hosted there.
I switched ISPs and fixed the problem. VPNs will usually fix it too, but Warmane blocks pretty much all of those.

Yeah, I do have At&T, shoulda known from the start. It's complete **** lmao, and I have a VPN, but it doesn't seem to help that much. Wish I could switch at the moment but I'm broke so lol. Thank you for the explanation though.

Warmane is probably blocking the vpn and you're connecting through your regular internet. I tried pingzapper, and it would connect as if it was using the proxy, but when I checked the ip it was my regular one. Warmane staff told me they block pretty much all vpns to stop gold sellers.
