Technical Login Failed

I have recently merged 3 of my characters from old realms to Icecrown realm. 2 of them had the same name "Allainna". One was level 14 and the other one is level 80. I deleted the level 14 but now the other one that is level 80 can't log in...I tried unstuck in the services section on the website but I still cant login. The message i get is "Login Failed"

Update: I made a ticket in-game, and a GM replied saying he couldn't find a character named Allainna, and a server restart might solve this. I don't know if the server has restarted ever since, but the problem persists...

I am experiencing this same issue.

There were two characters on my account with the same name, once I tried to login on the second it prompted a window to change the characters name. Now I can log in on the character that I changed the name on, but no longer on the 'first' character. When I try that I get the same "login failed" as pictured in the starter post.

Any ideas?
